    The last will and testament of William Clyde Brown of Harland, Page County Iowa.
    I William Clyde Brown being of sound body and mind and uncertain whether I will recover from my present sickness make this last will and testament. I give to my beloved daughters Agnes Bailey of Jewell County Kansas and Beatetta C. Dugan of Page County Iowa one hundred (100) dollars each to be taken out of my personal property. I give to my wife Jane Brown every other property f which I may die seized for possessed after paying all just and lawfull debts. And I make my wife my sole Executrix believing that she will divide the balance of the property with the children namely Joseph, Katie and Jennie believing that she will so provide. I sign my name this fourth day of January 1884.
