      Morning Sun – Funeral services for John Henry McKee, 64, of Morning Sun will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Pierce Funeral Home with Dr. G.M. Robb officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery.
      Mr. McKee died Wednesday afternoon at his home in Morning Sun.
      Born Feb. 10, 1907 at Billings, Okla., he was a son of Jerome and Sarah Walkinshaw McKee. He married Zelma George March 12, 1937 at Burlington.
      The couple had farmed near Morning Sun until retiring and moving into town in November of 1970.
      Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Zelma McKee; two sons, John Henry Jr. of Hanahan, S.C., William of Frisco, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Wolf of Letts and Mrs. Mary Cross of Wapello; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; three brothers, Glenn and Hugh of Long Beach, Calif. and Raymond of Morning Sun.
