2151 Jeanine Nina Sheffield passed away at her home in Yerington on Saturday, April 4, 2020. She was 82.

Jeanine was born in South Gate, California on September 15, 1937 the daughter of Frank and Lenora (Loper) Dietrich.

She had lived in Yerington for the past 5 years moving here from Gardnerville where she lived since 1990. Jeanine loved her family and enjoyed big family gatherings and holidays at her home.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Walker, Raymond Walker, Step-sons, Jerry Sheffield, Craig Sheffield; daughters, Cindy White, Cathy Lyons and Connie Walker; her Grandchildren, Aaron, Sean, Brian, Cassandra, Melissa, Matt, Bonnie, Tandy, Robert, Daniel, Kendra, Bodie and Brooke; Great Grandchildren, Aaron, Stephanie, Seth, Bailey, Evan, Alex, Derek, Claire, Logan, Lainey, Alana, Adrian and Victoria; Great Great Grandchildren, Olivia and Aryan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Sheffield and a step-son, Stanley Scott Sheffield.

Educator

GAINESVILLE - Jerry Gaa, passed peacefully in his sleep February 15th of a Parkinson's related illness. He was 83.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Muriel, his sister Virginia Cole of Johnstown, Ohio, children, Rebecca Gaa of Gainesville, FL, David Gaa of Almatay, Kazakhstan, Daniel Gaa of Holmes Beach, FL, Paul Gaa of Shelton, WA and Perry Gaa of Tracy, CA, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio, attended Ohio State University, and received a Masters Degree from the University of Michigan. He served in the Navy as a radioman in the South Pacific during WWII. Jerry and Muriel moved to Florida from Ohio in 1963, settled in Lakeland where they raised their family, and later retired to Gainesville. He was an educator with the Polk County school system, teaching both math and science. As Supervisor of Mathematics he was instrumental in introducing some of the first computers into Florida schools. Jerry was a member of First Methodist Church and active in many of the classes and studies. He loved sports and in particular college football. He was an Ohio State Buckeye, a Cincinnati Reds and a Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan.
Jerry is deeply loved by all and will be greatly missed. He was a man of great character, compassion and integrity.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Memory Chapel of A.L. Moore and Sons Mortuary for Jesse Morgan, 64, who died in his Sunnyslope home Thursday.
The Rev. C.E. Randall of the Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith will officiate. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Park.
Mr. Morgan moved to Phoenix 30 years ago from Arkansas, where he was born. He lived at 1833 1/2/ Desert Cove Rd. He was a farmer.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Harold Cooper, Sunnyslope; and two brothers, Dan Morgan of Phoenix and Tom Morgan, who lives in Arkansas.

2154 Jesse T. Smith succumbs at 43
Jesse T. (Ted) Smith, 43, 971 Lawn Ave., retired major with the United States Air Force, died at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday in Fort Hamilton Hospital where he had been a patient since Friday. He had suffered a heart condition for several years.
Mr. Smith was born in Paulding, Ohio, Feb. 17, 1920, a son of Jesse T. and Rosella Smith. He was educated in the schools of Heyworth, Ill. and attended St. Mary University, Tex. On April 25, 1945 he married Betty Lou Robinson in Hamilton.
Mr. Smith had served with the Air Force for 22 years and was with the Strategic Air Command for 10 years as a command pilot on a B-47. He received a medical discharge on June 30, 1962 and since that time had been an instructor for B-54 pilots at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton. He had served in the North African campaign, the Berlin Airlift and had a tour of duty in the Caribbean area.

Mr. Smith was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Bloomington, Ill.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Betty Smith; a son, Patrick Arnold Smith, and a daughter Leslie Ann Smith, both at home; his father, Jesse T. Smith Sr., Bloomington, Ill.; five brothers, Sylvester Smith, Long Beach, Calif., Russell Smith, Waynesville, Ill., Kenneth Smith and Clifford Smith, both of Bloomington, Ill., Orville Smith, Peoria, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Flint, of Michigan, Mrs. Elsie Howard, Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Evelyn Smith, Fort Wayne, Ind.; other relatives and friends.
Military funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Webb Funeral Home, Ross Ave. and S. D St., with a military chaplain from the Wright-Patterson base officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Masonic services will be held at 7:30 p.j. Friday in the funeral home.

2155 Jesse Wyatt Evans, 91, of Orange, Texas, passed away on October 18, 2018, Beaumont, Texas.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at Pinecrest Cemetery in Troup, Texas with burial to follow. Officiating will be Pastor Kirk Ellender.
Born in Troup, Texas, on November 21, 1926, he was the son of Alton Evans and Edna (Looney) Evans. Jesse was a longtime member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, where he faithfully served his Lord for many years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching all sports, his favorite being football. Jesse loved hunting and travelling, travelling all over the world in the Merchant Marines. He loved his time meeting with Gulf Retirees once a month at McDonalds for coffee. Jesse will be dearly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Edna Evans; loving wife 61 years, Patsy Evans' and siblings, Carl Evans, Annell Evans, and Marguerite Traxler.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Wyatt Evans of Beaumont; grandchildren, Jessica Ellender and husband Jadon; and great-grandchildren, Anderson Wyatt Ellender, Joliet Ryan Ellender, and Austin Everitt Ellender.

2156 Jimmy Dee Pingleton, 52, of McAlester, died yesterday at Muskogee Veterans Hospital. Pingleton was born Oct. 20, 1935 in Haileyville. He was retired from the civil service and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He had served in Korea. Surviving relatives include his mother, Eva Gibson of the home; three sons and three daughters; one brother, Jack Pingleton of McAlester; three sisters, Carolyn Daniels of Shawnee, Linda Burks of McAlester and Sandra Medley of Tearkana, Tex.; numerous nieces and nephews; and Pat Rochelle, a friend. 2158 John and Caroline Robinson moved to Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio in 1917 at which time John took over operating the Miami Hotel at Park Avenue and North B Street. 101 North B Street.

In the 1920 census, John, Caroline and their 3 sons lived in the hotel. The other 47 residents of the hotel were: two women who were hotel waitresses, and 45 men who were all laborers, most in a paper mill, several in tool works, and a few in a foundry.

Word has been received here of the death of John Arch Whitledge, 66, on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Whitledge was a mechanic for Hancock Truck Lines here before moving to Los Angeles about 21 years ago.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Marline Baker; and a niece Miss Jean Baker, both of Evansville; and a nephew, Ronald Baker, stationed with the Marine Corps in California.
Funeral and burial will be in Los Angeles.

2160 John B. Spivey, age 74 of Eaton, OH, passed away Wednesday, July 9th 2014 at Reid Hospital & Health Care in Richmond, IN. Born on September 14, 1939 in Rockcastle County, KY he was the son of the late Bentley & Nannie Marie (Mullins) Spivey. He had been a resident at Heartland of Eaton.

Preceded in death by his wife: Janice R. (Abrams) Spivey in 1985; son: Warren Douglas Spivey in 2008; brothers: Marvin Spivey in 1993 and Bobbie G. Spivey in 2005; sister: Madeline Lovell in 1995.

Survived by sons: Bryan (Alice) Spivey of West Alexandria, OH and Victor Spivey of Hemet, California; daughter: Katrina Quinn of Piqua, OH; sisters: Adell Mullins, Ann Miller, Ruby Lucas, Dorothy Franks, Brenda Sue Allen, Penny Morris, Joan Hayes and Lucille Taylor.

Survivors included his wife Martha; his children, Ruby, Riley, Natella, Carmon, Jerry, Walter, Bill and Zelda; one sister Anna.

John was laid to rest in the Totz Cemetery.

2162 John E. O'Dell, 82, of Louisville, died Monday, December 30, 2002, at Baptist Hospital East.

He was a native of Rockcastle County, KY, founder of O'Dell Equipment (with love in employing valued personnel and their families for over sixty years), a Navy veteran of World War II and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Minnie O'Dell; a brother, Arthur O'Dell, and sisters, Elizabeth Fannon and Tevis Parsons.

Survivors include his wife, the former Jacquelyn "Jackie" Jones, a son Craig O'Dell and his wife, Michelle; a daughter, Lynda O. Bradley and her husband Roger, brothers, William W., Harland and Carol O'Dell; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2003, at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane, with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2003. Memorials may go to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.

John F. Wixom, 74, Pittsburg, died in a McAlester hospital Wednesday. He suffered a lingering illness.
He was born Feb. 14, 1884 in Arkansas and had been a Pittsburg resident since 1910. Wixom was a member of the Pittsburg Baptist church.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Lula, of the home include two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Painter, Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Bertha Rogers, Pittsburg; a son, Floyd Wixom, Carlsbad, N.M.; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Friday at the Humphrey chapel.
Burial will be in the Pittsburg cemetery. Humphreys Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
For many years Mr. Wixom was carpenter foreman for the Pittsburg Mines. He was a fine workman and highly respected citizen.

He was a retired farmer, a native of Owsley County and a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Ellis Wilson, Booneville; a daughter, Mrs. Edna McIntosh, Hamilton, OH; a sister Mrs. Lula Price, Clearwater, FL, 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 7 at the Rock Springs Baptist Church by the Rev. Sam Spicer and R. D. Wilson. Burial was in the Wilson family Cemetery with Searcy and Strong Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

2165 John H. "Jay" Cole, 75, of West Alexandria, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, at his home. Born Sept. 26, 1923, in McKee, Ky., he was the son of Elige and Gracie (Hundley) Cole. He had retired from RTA after 15 years, was a self employed barber for many years and had worked at Art's Barber Shop for the last 20 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of James E. Ryan Post #322 American Legion in West Alexandria and a member of Faith Chapel Church in Farmersville.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Faye; two sons and daughters in law, Doug and Diane Cole of Eaton, Dennis and Leah Cole of West Alexandria; two daughters and sons in law, Marlene and Doug Crouse, Cheryl and Phil Nolan, all of West Alexandria; 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three brothers, Rudy Cole of Lewisburg, Ben Cole of West Alexandria and Robert Cole of Dayton; and a sister, Marie Staggs of Orlando, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Nicholas Cole; and a sister, Wanda Cole.

Funeral services were Friday, Feb. 12, at Faith Chapel in Farmersville, with the Rev. Tod J. Smith officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria. Lindloff Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria, was in charge of arrangements.

John Henry Walker, age 72 years, died at his residence, 120 West High street, Friday morning at 7.25 o’clock after an illness of eighteen months. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lou Murray Walker; two sons, Howard M. Walker, of Palistine, Tex., and Charles K. Walker, of Lexington. In the year 1892 Mr. Walker was the contractor for the building of the Central Christian church. Pending arrival of his son, H.M. Walker from New York, notice of the funeral will be announced later.

2167 John L. "Papa Smurf" Matheny, age 63, of Eaton, OH, went home peacefully to be with the Lord at the home of his stepdaughter and son-in-law on Thursday, April 08, 2010. He was born March 16, 1947 in Mt. Vernon, OH to Barbara C. Matheny and the late John S. Matheny. John was a truck driver for many years; was a truck driving instructor for U.S. Express for several years; he loved to attend Twin Valley Baptist Church, was an avid fisherman, hunter and loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years Pam D. Matheny of Eaton, OH; mother Barbara Matheny of Springfield, OH; daughter Janel Matheny of Springfield, OH; sister Sharon (Henry) Embry of Springfield, OH; stepdaughters Kristy (Paul) Petro and Michelle (Scott) Stamper both of Eaton, OH; grandchildren Brett Petro, Tanner Stamper, Makayla Stamper and Dillon Sage; nephew Jimmy (Dawn) Ferryman of Springfield, OH; niece Melissa (Derwin) Clark of Springfield, OH; great niece Tea Clark; and great nephew Jaeshaun Ferryman.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Monday, April 12, 2010 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Randy Smith officiating. Lewiston, Idaho - Funeral services for John M. Smith, 83, Lewiston, will be held tomorrow at Brower-Wann chapel at 2 p.m. with the Rev. James Yost officiating.

Mr. Smith, a retired lumber grader for Patlatch Forests, Inc., died at St. Joseph's Hospital.

He was born June 2, 1878, in Kentucky and lived in Arkansas until 1913, when he moved to Wallowa County, Ore. He was employed by the J.H. Dobins ranch and also worked at L-Grande Ore., before moving to Lewiston in 1927. He retired in 1948.

Mr. Smith was married to Bertha Mahaffey in Arkansas in 1911. They were divorced in 1938.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Frank Caragio, Lewiston, and Mrs. John Steward, Monte Rio, Calif.; two sons, John in Alaska, and Jack, parkland, Wash.; A brother, Lee, Irrigon, Ore.; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

John Marcum, 60, of Sealey, brother of Mrs. E.J. Stephens, died Thursday at 4 p.m. after apparently suffering a heart attack. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Sealey Church of Christ. Mr. Marcum, a building contractor, also is survived by two sons, three grandchildren, four sisters, and three brothers.

2171 John Robinson succumbs at 88
John Robinson, 88, formerly of S. Front St., and for many years operator of the Miami Hotel, formerly at Park Ave. and N. B St., died of complications at 1 p.m. Monday at Baker’s Convalescent Home, 2923 Hamilton-Mason Rd.
Born in Manchester, Ky., on Feb. 5, 1870, a son of Edward and Tennessee Phipps Robinson, he was educated in public school in that area.
He married Caroline Moore in McKee, Ky., in 1891, and seven children were born to this marriage.
Hotel operation
Mr. and Mrs. Robinson moved to Hamilton in 1917, at which time Mr. Robinson took over the operation of the hotel, retiring a number of years ago.
A member of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Burning Spring, Ky., he leaves his wife, four children, Mrs. Eva Hedges, Sidell, Ill.; Miss Ida Robinson, Louisville, Ky.; Harley Robinson, Tucson, Ariz., and Herman Robinson, Hamilton; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by three children, Edna Robinson, Porter Robinson and Homer Robinson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Macedonia Baptist Church, Burning Springs, Ky. Burial will be in Burning Springs. Friends may call at the Campbell Funeral Home, 640 High St., from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

2173 John Walls’ Rites To Be Wednesday
Funeral rites for John Walls, 92, who died Monday at 7:05 a.m. in the Twin-Cities Nursing Home, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Standerfer Mills Funeral chapel with Rev. T.P. Spear officiating.
A former coal miner, Mr. Walls is a long time resident of this area, having come to Hartshorne in 1902. In 1905 he bought a home in Haileyville and lived there until about five years ago when he went to the country home of his daughter, Mrs. Grady Burns. The Burns family had lived with him until they moved to the country. He had been in the nursing home for about a year.
He was born in Ohio September 10, 1872. His first wife, Laurabelle Shaw Walls, died in 1914. She had a son, Owen Walls, by her first husband, a cousin of John Walls. He lives in Oildale, Calif.
His second wife, Lena Pingleton Walls, died in 1927.
The daughter and stepson, 18 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren survive.

Johnny Clayton Hill, age 65 of Totz, KY, being surrounded by his loving family and friends went home to be with the Lord after a long struggle with complicated black lung on Sunday, March 03, 2019 at 5:00 pm at the Harlan ARH. He was born October 24, 1953 in Harlan County to Luther Clayton Hill and Natilla Brown Hill Benjamin.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Luther Clayton Hill; grandmother, Martha Brown; and grandfathers, John Brown and Jesse Hill, Sr.

He leaves his loving wife, Brenda Miller Hill; 3 daughters, Brandi (Tim) Bailey of Totz, Maegan (Ronnie) Whitehead of Bledsoe, and Kayla Hill of Hopkinsville, TN; a treasured granddaughter, Cheyenne Whitehead; a treasured grandson, Jonathan Bailey Hill; loving mother, Natilla Benjamin and stepfather, Barry; loving brother, Lonnie Hill and wife, Teresa; special nephew, Lonnie Hill Jr. and wife, Melanie; and a host of loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Johnny was a loving husband, father and grandfather who worked in the coal mines for over 38 years to provide for his family. He loved the Lord with all his heart and was a member of the Tri City Pentecostal Church where he served as a Deacon and Teacher of God’s word.

His family was his greatest accomplishment; his wife, daughters, grandbabies and sons-in-law was his light for getting up in the mornings. His love for his brother, Lonnie, and mother, Natilla, was also his reason for his celebrated life.

You may also visit between 6 – 9 pm on Thursday, March 07, 2019, at the Tri City Pentecostal Church, Cumberland, KY. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 08, 2019, at 11 am at the Church with Reverend Billy Lewis and Reverend Lonnie Hill, Jr. officiating. Morganfield, Ky. – Joseph “Buddy” Whitledge, 49, died at 8:05 p.m. Sunday at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Marion, Ill., after a long illness.
He was a Vietnam War Army veteran, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Uniontown Veterans of Foreign Wars and Masonic Lodge 66.
Surviving are his wife, Sherry; a son, Rick of Morganfield; his mother, Dorothy Whitledge of Morganfield; and a sister, Linda Higgs of Marietta, Ga.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Whitsell Funeral Home, with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Hamilton – Funeral services for Josephine M. Reynolds, 86, who died Thursday in her Hamilton home, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Dowling Chapel. Pastor Robert Nickell will officiate, and burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
She was born April 9, 1888, in Booneville, Ky. She married Marion L. Reynolds Sept. 23, 1911, in Hamilton. They moved to Ohio in 1917, to Phoenix, Ariz., in 1925, and back to Hamilton in 1932. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her husband in Hamilton; three daughters, Mrs. Earl Ballweber, and Mrs. Ralph Hollibaugh, of Hamilton, and Mrs. Charles Cook, Great Falls; three sons, Edward, Stevensville, Lester, Hamilton, and Charles, Reno, Nev.; a sister, Mrs. Grace Marshall, Loveland, Ohio; three brothers, Will Reynolds and Charles Reynolds of Hamilton, and John Reynolds, Maineville, Ohio; 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

2178 Joyce (Herrick) Clark was born March 22, 1918 in Twinsburg, Ohio, the daughter of Avery and Hulda (Richner) Herrick. She passed from this life February 6, 2015 in Bedford, Texas at the age of 96 years. Joyce had lived in the Grapevine area for the past 3 years, moving from Westerville, Ohio. The 30-year resident of Mountain Home, Arkansas (1979-2009), was a member of the First Church of Mountain Home and served on the Altar Guild. She was 1997 Mountain Home Volunteer of the Year and winner of the Opal Award, as well as a lifetime member and past president of the VFW Auxiliary 2346, 30-year hospital volunteer and past president of the hospital auxiliary, Bargain Box volunteer, past president and membership chairman of Friends of the Library, and a reading Grandma at Nelson Wilks Herron School. Joyce also was chairman of volunteers for the Red Cross Blood Drives at her church. Joyce and Fred R. Clark were united in marriage on March 5, 1944, and he preceded her in death in 1989. Joyce leaves to cherish her memory her 2 daughters and sons-in-law, grandson and his wife, 3 granddaughters and their husbands and fiancé, 2 great-granddaughters, 1 great-grandson, and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She was the wife of William Kenneth McGuire. Juanita was born in Crab Orchard, KY on October 28, 1937, a daughter of the late Flora Jane (Doyle) and Edward Franklin Wilmot. She was a retired registered nurse. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a member of the baptist faith. She loved traveling, photography, music, flowers. She also enjoyed collecting thimbles. She truly enjoyed reading.

Judy was born September 15, 1947 in Harlan, KY, a daughter to the late Virgil and June Barton. She was of the Christian faith and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.

She is survived by 1 son; Scottie Ray Wilson of Booneville, KY, 1 daughter; Sherry Lynn Elam (Jim Hayes) of Lexington, KY, 1 brother; Earl Wayne Barton, and 1 granddaughter; Rachel Morgan Elam and many other loving family members and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Ray Wilson, her son, Dwayne Randall Wilson and parents Virgil and June Barton.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home. Kathleen Moore, age 86 of Loveland, Ohio passed away Tuesday July 26, 2013. She was born on Jan. 6, 1927 in Pine Ridge (Wolfe Co.) Kentucky, the daughter of the late Paul and Ora Mae Adams Hobbs. A devoted housewife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, she married Lee Moore on December 23, 1945.

She is survived by her husband Lee Moore; her four children: Michael (Margie) Moore, Kevin Moore, Jeff (Kathy) Moore and Kim (Jim) Wilmes; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one sister Elsie (Roy) Cash.

Visitation will be at the First Baptist Church of Loveland, 609 Hanna Ave, Loveland on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 5pm until the time of the funeral service at 7pm with Pastor Howell Hackler officiating.

Kathleen Murray Gulley of Morristown, TN (former resident of Laurel County), went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, September 28 at age 93. She was born June 5, 1923 in Clay County, Kentucky to the late John Collins & Mattie Patterson Collins. She was united in marriage to the late Louis Howard Murray and the late J.C. Gulley.

She is survived by seven children, Dale Murray and wife Pearl, Vedath Cornett and husband Don, Dean Murray and wife Doris, June Bowling and husband Larry, Cleveland Murray and wife Judy, Louis Howard Murray Jr. and wife Margaret, Harold Wayne Murray and wife Melinda; special daughter, Patricia Murray; one sister, Wilma Minton; twenty-one grandchildren, James, Jerry Dale, Brenda, Sue, Jeffery, Cheryl, Debbie, Sherry, Sandra, Stacy, Donavon, Michael, Eric, Christopher, Angela, Christina, Patricia, Jeremy, Terry, Mark and Trinity, plus a host of great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and other family and friends to mourn her passing.

Along with her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Arvulla Murray; three sisters, Rosie Owens, Lizzie Collins and Nancy Cox.

She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Kathy Dittman, his sons, Chris (Brooke) Dittman and Dustin (Lauren) Dittman, his grandchildren, Luke, Molly, Regan, and Lila, brothers, Steve and Rick. He was preceded in death by his sister, Claudia, and his parents. She is survived by her three children, LaDonna (Ron) Hendricks of Florence, Kentucky, Bertha (Charles) Ferrell of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ed (Janet) Kelley of Marysville, Ohio, six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty French of Orrville, Ohio, three brothers, Ralph Bowman of Hamilton, Ohio, Robert (Bob) Bowman of Sterling Heights, Michigan and William Bowman Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida; many nieces and nephews. He attended 1st Apostolic Church of Dublin, was a member of The Grove City Elks.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sunny; daughters, Joyce (Ed) Moilanen and Linda (Louis) Altomare; sons, Kenny (Keena) Worley and Richard Worley; sister, Della (Bob) Hammel; brother, Rev. Lewis (Emma) Worley; grandchildren, Eli Darlington, Eric (Heidi) Moilanen, Matt (Amy) Moilanen, Amanda (Ryan) Corlew and Adam Worley.

He was a U. S. Navy Veteran; and attended Carpenter's House Baptist Church. Marvin retired from Inland Container in Middletown, OH in 1998 after 44 years of service; and served 10 years as a Germantown Volunteer Fireman.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Clarence "Lefty" and Carrell Kidwell; sister-in-law, Sara Kidwell; and brother-in-laws, Woodrow Romans and David Bush. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Joyce A. Mrs. Brummette was born Dec. 18, 1903 in Traverse City, the daughter of Charles and Minnie (Van Valkenburg) Calhoun. She was a member of the Charlotte Pentecostal Church of God and the Charlotte Area Senior Citizens. She married Earl Brummette, who preceded her in death Feb. 26, 1977.

She is survived by sons, Douglas (Joann) Brummette, Eddie (Marlene) Brummette, and Richard (Janet) Brummette, all of Charlotte; daughters, Barbara Bodell, Joy Hicks and Shirley (Richard) Crosslan, all of Charlotte, and Beverly Geiser of Phoenix, Ariz.; 21 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren , and four great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, June Morse of Phoenix, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by son William in 1933.

Services were held June 27 at Deepdale Memorial Gardens, Lansing, with Rev. Elbern Householder officiating. Twin Falls - L. James Koutnik, 67, of Twin Falls, died Thursday afternoon, Dec 15, 1988, at the Twin Falls Clinic and Hospital following a massive heart attack.

He was born Jun 20, 1921, in For Dodge, Iowa, the son of Louis James and Myrtle Elizabeth Drake Koutnik. He was raised in Nampa. He attended the College of Southern Idaho and graduated from the University of Idaho in Moscow with a degree in business.

During World War II, Koutnik was an Air Force pilot and flew missions over Japan. He was shot down once and received a Purple Heart and the Distinguished Flying Cross.

He married Ruby Laverne Davis on Feb. 12, 1944, in Roswell, N.M.

After the University of Idaho, Koutnik managed theaters in Texas for a time. He then went to work for Prudential Insurance in the mortgage/loan division for 20 years. He was transferred to Twin Falls in 1948. He was the owner of Coldwell Banker Western Realty.

For 19 years, he was the host of "Party Line" on KLIX radio. In May 1987, he was appointed to the Idaho Board of Corrections by Gov. Cecil Andrus.

Koutnik was active in scouting for many years and had served on the Snake River Area Council. He was a member of the State Real Estate Commission and had served as chairman. He was active in the Air Force reserves, recently as a lieutenant colonel. Koutnik also was a leader in real estate organizations, Elka Masons, Rotary Club, Toastmasters and the Chamber of Commerce.

Surviving are his wife, Rubye; two sons, Gary Wayne Koutnik of twin Falls and Brett Michael Koutnik of Smyrna, Ga.; three grandchildren, and one sister, Jeanne Albrecht of Boise. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the College of Southern Idaho Fine Arts Auditorium. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today and Sunday at White Mortuary. The casket will be closed during the service at the college. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.

The family suggests memorials may be made to the Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital and may be left with, or mailed to White Mortuary, Inc., P.O. Box 845, Twin Falls, 83303.

Florence – LaDonna M. Hendricks, age 72 of Florence, KY passed away July 12, 2019. LaDonna was born November 8, 1946 in Hamilton, OH. She was a longtime cafeteria manager with the Boone County KY school system and a member of East Bend Baptist Church, Boone County, KY. Her biggest joy came from spending time with her family and cooking. She was preceded in death by Husbands Arthur Gene Reid, Louis Lee Hulker, and Ronald Edward Hendricks, Parents Marion and Helen Kelley, and Sister Koleen Kelley.
